Here are some guide prices for common items that we are asked to remove. Our prices have increased inline with *POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants) tipping prices.
Sofa disposal starts from £70+VAT
Mattress disposal from £40+VAT
*POPs: From the 1st January 2023 new legislation from the Environment Agency came into affect regarding the storage and disposal of upholstered seating containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). These are poisonous, chemical substances that break down slowly and get into food chains as a result. Some examples of items that are POPs regulated are: sofas, armchairs, futons, home office chairs and cushions.
Where you have a number of items to be disposed of we will request a picture so that we can quote for everything. These prices are worked out on volume and the type of waste.
